Are you a dynamic HRBP with a passion for shaping the future of compensation management? We're on the lookout for a talented individual to lead our company's compensation strategy. As our HRBP specialized in compensation, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our compensation department and our valued employees. You'll take the helm in overseeing daily operations related to compensation and benefits, ensuring that our team members are rewarded fairly and competitively. With your expertise, you'll foster transparent communication and collaboration, both internally and externally, driving our company's success forward.

How You Impact Our Vision:

  • Lead the charge in managing our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and employees, guiding them through all aspects of compensation and rewards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, including compensation firms and legal advisors, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our team.
  • Drive operational excellence across the company, optimizing processes and procedures to enhance the employee experience and support our growth ambitions.

Requisitos

Essential:

  • Bring a minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an HRBP specializing in compensation or a background as a compensation specialist.
  • Showcase advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, to crunch numbers and uncover insights.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of compensation methodologies and payment tools, ensuring our programs are innovative and competitive.
  • Navigate Google Suite with ease, complementing your Excel skills and facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Advanced English Level.

Desirable:

  • Have a knack for organizational development, bringing fresh perspectives to our team and driving positive change.
