Our client, a SaaS incident response technology company, is seeking a Tech Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be the central hub in coordinating projects from start to finish, working closely with the Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams. You will be in charge of defining project objectives, planning execution, managing resources, overseeing progress, and ensuring delivery within the established timeline and budget. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in communicating with clients to understand and meet their needs, maintaining a solid and trustworthy relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the project in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop a detailed project plan that measures and monitors progress, ensuring resource allocation and the coordination of efforts among teams for on-time and within-budget deliveries.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, effectively communicating with all interested parties.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, applying problem-solving techniques to minimize impact on project objectives.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to understand their needs, adjusting plans as necessary and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Supervise performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs), presenting regular reports on project progress to management and clients.
• Foster close collaboration between internal and external teams to ensure cohesion and productivity throughout the project.
• Drive the continuous delivery of value to clients through the effective implementation of agile methodologies and other project management practices.

Requisitos

• BS or equivalent degree in a relevant field
• 3-5 years of Tech projects experience or knowledge in IT terminology
• 1-2 years of Program management/Customer management experience or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to various audiences and manage challenging client situations
• Highly developed soft skills, including a collaborative and consultative work style that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Google Applications, Slack, and Salesforce
• Fluency in English
