Overview:

Variacode is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the US market, focusing on tech staffing and SAS (Software as a Service) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, sales acumen, and industry expertise to drive growth, cultivate client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Requisitos

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to penetrate the US market, focusing on tech staffing and SAS services.
  • Conduct thorough industry research to identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Utilize networking, meetings, and other channels to establish and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop tailored sales and marketing strategies, leveraging insights to enhance market positioning.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and financial projections to key stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase Variacode's offerings and expand our network.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to business development and sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Produce insightful reports for management, analyzing sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Train and mentor sales professionals, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, depending on client needs and business requirements.

Objectives:

  • Develop and execute a business strategy that drives revenue growth and enhances customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize financial techniques to optimize sales revenue and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor sales progress against corporate goals, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and corporate guidelines in all sales contracts and agreements.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth in the tech staffing and SAS services industry.
  • Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field, preferably within the US market.
  • Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques, with a focus on technology solutions.
