Market Research Analyst with a solid background. This crucial role will identify market trends, analyze consumer behaviors, and provide strategic insights to guide business decisions. The ideal candidate will be skilled at conducting in-depth market research using a variety of methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, and data analysis tools, to collect vital information that will shape our business strategies and offerings.

Requisitos

Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct comprehensive market research studies to uncover trends, opportunities, and challenges within the industry.
  • Analyze data on consumer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to inform targeted marketing and business strategies.
  • Utilize statistical software to manage and analyze large datasets, creating reports that highlight key findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to provide insights that support product innovation and market positioning.
  • Monitor and forecast market trends, providing regular updates to senior management to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, conducting analyses that contribute to VariaTalent's strategic planning and growth initiatives.
  • Write market research studies and detailed sociological descriptions about potential customers' behavior, using a clear and persuasive narrative that highlights how these insights can be strategically applied.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrable experience in market research or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of conducting and applying research to achieve business objectives.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with proficiency in statistical software and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
