To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in a ServiceNow Admin, Developer, or Architect role, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow development, customization, and scripting within scoped applications using common ServiceNow components. You should have outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a customer request-driven environment. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills in professional business environments are necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with customers to ensure the successful installation, configuration, customization, and support of their PD ServiceNow applications deployments.

• Serving as the PD ServiceNow SME for customer account teams and providing support in customer meetings, business reviews, strategy planning, deployment, and upgrade planning.

• Partnering with other CSG teams such as Support, Success, Engineering, Professional Services, and Education to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Providing direct feedback to PD Product and Development teams on new features, capabilities, bugs, and improvement opportunities related to PD ServiceNow applications.

• Developing a deep understanding of PD products, solutions, integrations, processes, and workflows used in typical customer engagements to provide expert guidance and support to clients.

Requisitos

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience working in a ServiceNow Developer or Architect role as a ServiceNow customer or with a ServiceNow implementation and deployment partner
• Experienced working with the following ServiceNow components and modules
  • ServiceNow Incident Management (IM), Major Incident Management (MIM)
  • ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
• Proficient in ServiceNow development, customization, scripting within scoped applications using common ServiceNow components
  • Scripting in ServiceNow, solid understanding of Javascript
  • Scripted REST APIs, ServiceNow APIs
  • Import Tables, Custom Tables, Standard Module Tables, Extending Tables
  • Business Rules
  • Event Queues
  • Script Actions
  • Script Includes
  • Legacy and current UI technologies, NOW experience, portal applications and widgets
• Proficient in ServiceNow application development best practices, debugging, testing
• Proficient in the ServiceNow application upgrade lifecycle and resolving typical ServiceNow application upgrade problems
• Comfortable working directly with customers, customer ServiceNow administrators, developers and architects
• Outstanding problem-solving skills: consistent track record to structure sophisticated problems, develop solutions
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently in a customer request driven environment
• Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills in professional business environments
